When you submit the assessment form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, property location, package interest, water needs and project details. WaterFind uses this information to respond and manage follow-up. Access to the management inbox is restricted to the authorized account owner.

We do not collect card details or survey deposits on this website. Contact info@findwellwater.ca to ask about access, corrections or deletion of an enquiry. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

AI front desk

Chat messages and a short conversation history are sent to OpenAI to generate answers from the website’s information. Do not enter payment details or sensitive information in chat. Chat history remains in the current browser session and is not added to the management inbox. Use the enquiry form when you want the team to contact you.

AI answers can be mistaken. Confirm prices, terms and scheduling directly with WaterFind before making a commitment. The assistant cannot book work, take payments or guarantee water.

Technical information

The site uses limited request counters and hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse. Hosting providers process technical requests to deliver the service. The site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

External services

Videos connect to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. External resource links operate under their own privacy practices. Optional management sign-in is handled by ChatGPT.
